We are a financially stable & growing company hiring for a Supply Chain Buyer who would be responsible for organization with suppliers to purchase inventory materials, equipment, supplies, and repair items.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine purchase requirements through a MRP system
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery, payment terms, and tooling requirements with suppliers.
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers for production parts, services, & office supplies.
  • Help to coordinate shipments, documentation, customs issues.
  • Work with Operations, Manufacturing, and Engineering departments to ensure that used, refurbished or obsoleted parts are accurately planned.
  • Review, process, and code invoices for payables.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of buying / purchasing experience
  • Inventory experience and parts ordering
  • Skilled at negotiating, metrics and math skills - being analytical is important
  • Certification or similar degree relating to Supply Chain / Business
  • NetSuite ERP experience a HUGE plus

Pay range: $65K-$75k
Schedule: Monday - Friday , 8:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility if needed)
Location: Roseville - 2-3 days in office
Type: Direct Hire
