Inside Sales Representative

Responsible for selling a full range of media products with a consultative approach for our Forum Communications media brands. This is an inside-sales position with the opportunity to work from home. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone eager to excel and would be an ideal position for outgoing candidates with sales, advertising, marketing, communication, public relations degrees and/or experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure customers receive accurate, correct, and proper product quotes, information and materials.

• Respond to customer needs in a timely, respectful, and diligent manner.

• Ensure customers receive accurate, correct, and proper product quotes, information and materials.

• Understand all product offerings and how they provide value to customers.

• Include all appropriate products (print, digital, etc) in recommended solutions.

• Accurately identify, define, analyze and resolve problems.

• Follow through to ensure appropriate corrections are made, negotiate and process ad adjustments.

• Achieving sales goals, making cold contacts, or growing client list

• Any other responsibilities or duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications include:

• Communicate effectively by both verbal and written means.

• Work effectively with fellow employees, independently, under pressure, and with accuracy.

• Establish priorities and complete assignments efficiently with excellent attention to detail.

• Dependability under both supervised and unsupervised conditions.

• Professional phone and email etiquette.

• Must be organized, thorough and have good follow through.

• Ability to sit for long periods of time and multi-task throughout the day.

• 1-3 years previous experience preferred.
