1st Shift M-F
This is an awesome opportunity to join a well-established 70-year-old Plastics Molding Manufacturer, and become the newest member of their engineering team. They have been looking to build their engineering team back up following a retirement and have more than one opportunity available. They currently are seeking an Operations Manufacturing Engineer and a Senior Project Engineer to join their team. They are open to a wide variety of educational backgrounds and experience backgrounds. While they would love to find a candidate with experience/education in plastics engineering, they are open to training other engineering disciplines. They are open to helping a new graduate build their career, as well as working with experienced professionals to continue climbing the ladder and become a leader of their engineering team.
Senior Project Engineer:
Acts as a liaison between the customer and all internal departments to ensure that customer expectations are met with regard to cost, quality, delivery and service.
This position will guide and manage programs for Design, Development, APQP and overall program success.
Provides proposals for annual continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
Other projects as assigned
Operations Manufacturing Engineer:
Provide Manufacturing and Industrial engineering processing and support for specified plant Manufacturing and Technologies Departments.
Lead cost reduction projects for specified plant.
Purchase capital equipment
Manage special projects from supervisor and manage/oversee subcontractors
Other Engineering projects as directed by the Operations Managers.
Desired Qualifications;
Bachelor of Science in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering is desired.
Other relevant Engineering disciplines also applicable
Open to new graduates, but some experience in manufacturing engineering (coop or internship applicable) desired
