Construction Project Manager

How You Will Contribute:

• As Construction Project Manager, you will lead internal and external teams through the construction and opening of new ADVENT clinics
• Participate in design implementation process including conceptual, schematic and design development
• Facilitate initiation of critical project meetings, construction coordination with IT, Facilities & Security
• Responsible for construction documentation, punch list completion, sign-off and project hand-off
• Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, track and update construction budget, and maintain project files
• Travel to ADVENT build sites to act as point of contact during design, construction, and A&D clinic set-up as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong professional presence and business acumen
• Ability to establish and maintain quality control standards
• Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives
• Excellent time management skills, including ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction, anticipating needs and planning accordingly, taking initiative to organize and prioritize responsibilities and tasks to meet deadlines
• Open to 25% travel (Midwest currently)
