Finance Director, FP&A

What you'll be doing

The Director of Finance, FP&A will be supporting the enterprise-wide Information Technology function across multiple TTEC segments. This role will also support the capital expenditure budgets, forecasts and quarterly spend as well as the facilities spend across the organization.

During a typical day you'll be

  • A strategic thinker with a proven record of sound financial guidance, strong technical expertise and the ability to partner with the business in executing on both short-term and long-term strategies
  • Operationalize ideas with the capacity to work in a fast- pace environment
  • Present detailed monthly financial performance updates to leadership of the IT organization, including insights to the drivers of budget/forecast variances and advising on actionable items to achieve business objectives
  • Be instrumental in presenting the financial budgets and forecasts, connecting financial outlooks with the overall strategies of the IT organization and aligning them with the broader strategic objectives of the business segments
  • Highly detailed individual capable of leading a team to present financial outlooks and performance to executive leadership in a proactive and commercial way

What you'll bring to the role

  • Leading the annual budget and quarterly forecast process; working closely with all levels of the IT organization to define strategies and financial roadmaps to achieve financial targets and costs optimization strategies
  • Work across the organization to develop the annual capex budget and support team members to track and monitor capex spending against the budget with revised quarterly forecasts developed throughout the year
  • Support team in the budgeting and forecasting of facilities costs across multiple segments including opex and capex spend.
  • Build a partnership with the business stakeholders, becoming a trusted financial advisor regarding business performance metrics and actionable items to meet key business objectives
  • Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly reporting packages with review of key metrics, business drivers and trend analysis identifying variances to budget and historical comparisons for Senior Management
  • Develop analytical frameworks to assist decision-making by senior TTEC management on IT business strategy
  • Analyze and interpret financial and operational data and transfer it into meaningful information used to drive actions and results
  • Work with Procurement and the IT team on analyzing new and existing vendor spend and renewals and provide feedback on cost insights to Pricing such that they can improve their models

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Accounting / Finance
  • 7 years of relevant experience including financial planning and analysis, financial modeling and business support in a corporate environment; experience in supporting large IT or technology organizations is preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across a large, matrixed organization
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Expertise in financial modeling, P&L ownership, and cost analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Accounting or Finance or CPA or CFA
  • Experience in deploying and utilizing Management Reporting Tools (Essbase)
  • Experience with budgeting and supporting the financial aspects of a Technology organization

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is is $150,000 - $165,000 USD. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
