Wellhop, Mom and Baby Group Leader (Bilingual)

Our client, a global Healthcare Corporation, is seeking a Mom and Baby Group Leader to join their team!

Fluency in Spanish required

Summary:

The position would be working with a team of other group facilitators to identify resources and ideas for group success.

Responsibilities

• facilitate group meetings using group management best practices
• Engage with group participants through online discussion forums
• Share guidelines from leading healthcare organizations (e.g. ACOG, ACNM) as well as practical information
• about pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
• Schedule and host one-on-one meetings with participants to build rapport and prepare for group meetings
• Document group meetings in the Mom & Baby web portal
• Stay current on best practices related to pregnancy, childbirth, and the early postpartum period

Qualifications:

• Experience in group facilitation and extensive knowledge of prenatal and postpartum health (e.g, experience as a doula, childbirth educator, or nurse with maternal background.
• Nursing background, preferably in maternal care.
• The position requires group facilitation skills, managing group dynamics along with some guided discussion on educational topics.
