As a Finance Shared Service Analyst, you will be responsible for timely preparation and improvement of monthly Shared Services financial and accounts payable reporting package. In addition, you will implement Doosan Bobcat’s financial reporting initiatives and complete the general reporting requirements of the company’s routine financial reporting cycle.

Role & Responsibility

Policy Compliance and Program Management
  • Administer Doosan Financial policies and procedures. 
  • Provide guidance, training and direction to our business customers assisting them in policy compliance and program management. 
  • Position will comply with the internal controls. 
  • Provide customer service and support to our Global customers. 

Financial Reports
  • Define dashboard reporting and measure invoice processing results within 2 applications of P2P (OCR and Image Now).
  • Review and maintenance of Oracle and SAP GRNI/GINR subledgers for Shared Service team.
  • Prepare and analyze general accounting reports which will reflect financial results. 
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on key AP Shared Services performance indicators along with invoice detail and spend metrics. 
  • Prepare, review or reconcile various accounting statements, ledgers, journals or reports.
  • Support Finance with month-end close including A/P accruals. 

Accounts Payable Administrative Support
  • Supplier maintenance duties, P2P software. 
  • Responsible for Supplier Audits; assist in audit reviews and requests within Oracle and SAP ERP Applications.
  • Active user to build and measure invoice processing results within applications of P2P; includes various reports collected daily, weekly and monthly. 
  • Back up support within the Accounting functions and Card reconciliation with Doosan T&E and PCard. 
  • Assist the Accounts Payable processors on invoice results from P2P to Oracle/SAP invoice file import and publish P2P success and report on challenges to promote areas of focus.


Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or Business Administration with Finance/Accounting Concentration.
  • Experience Required: 1- 2 years. Experience with monthly closing process, accounting reconciliation, general reporting  and analysis.
  • Oracle or equivalent ERP experience desired.  A working knowledge of ERP module interaction is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills. 
  • Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Priority focus, attention to detail, and accuracy.

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
