In this role, the Energy Management Representative will support, manage, and grow our communities by partnering with residential and commercial customers to implement cost-saving electric technologies. 

Examples of those activities will include:
* Lead the energy transition by developing customer adoption strategies for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and dynamic load management programs
* Proactively communicate our energy services and our cost-effective value with community leaders
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing plans and customer service goals

* If you do not have the years of work experience or completed bachelor’s degree (below), but have the skills reflected in our core values we encourage you to apply
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building sciences, or environmental services or five years of experience in construction management, energy management, building sciences, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), sales, or other technical/electrical/customer service, and CEM, or  RESNET Home Energy Rater certification
* Selected candidates will be required to complete a pre-inventory assessment.
