Summary This positions primary responsibility is to manage, with supervision, a portion of the business deposit portfolio. In addition to managing existing relationships, this position will be responsible for assisting with the serving and sales of Treasury Management products and services. This position allows a flexible work arrangement meaning you may work on-site and/or remotely from the Minneapolis, MN area Job Description Job Duties and Responsibilities Responding promptly to customer inquiries Communication with customers through various channels Work with customers to change signers on accounts Input wire transactions Annual risk reviews for ACH, remote deposit capture, cash management and depository specific products and services. Assisting deposit operations and senior staff with tasks such as: handling return items, overdrafts, researching member account requests, account maintenance, debit card processing and tasks as requested. Assists with Treasury Management reporting and process information as appropriate. Refers business to other business lines of business Participates in special projects as assigned. Required Job Qualifications 1 to 3 years banking experience with a minimum of 1 year of business depository experience Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent in experience and/or additional training in business deposits. General knowledge of Treasury Management products and services including but not limited to: ACH, remote deposit capture, cash management and other depository specific products and services. Maintains a good working knowledge of the Credit Union's Treasury Management policies and procedures. Other Critical Factors Knowledge of banking industry and ability to present a professional and dynamic banking image. Works under direct supervision to help the team achieve production goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization and time management skills.
