GDIT is seeking a PKI Architect to design the next generation public key infrastructure. They will join a team managing our customer current PKI and PIV systems and work to design and modernize PKI and PIV solution. Responsibilities: + Perform complex systems design work supporting PKI initiatives. + Prototype and demonstrate PKI solutions for our customer + Develop and update procedure and policy to support identity initiatives. + Produce architecture documentation for new systems. + Serve as a liaison with clients, participating in meetings to ensure client needs are met + Maintain current knowledge of federal PKI standards and relevant technology. + Collaborate with many teams to develop and implement PKI solutions. What you'll need: + U. S. Citizen and/or Green Card holder with ability to secure a Public Trust Clearance + Experience leading feature design and integration of commercial software for production environments. + 10+ years general IT or development experience, and 2+ years architecting and/or implementing PKI solutions. + B.S. degree + Experience deploying cloud PKI solutions, in a multi-tenant enterprise utilizing MFA and an Enterprise Identity Management System + In-depth knowledge of PKI concepts concerning certificate based authentication and TLS encryption. + Experience deploying and managing an enterprise Certificate Authority. Preferred + Familiarity with the updated FIPS 201-3 standard + Hardware Security Module (HSM) administration + Prior experience working with PKI in a federal or state environment. + Prior experience working within an Enterprise Identity Management System + NDES/SCEP or Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) experience.
