Deductions and Accounting Specialist

Salary: $25 - 28 per hour + 5%

Are you a foodie and passionate about cheese? Our client is award winning craft Cheese Company who is adding to their sales support team. In this role you will be ensuring their ( internal & external) clients receive the best service delivery. They are a growing company whose portfolio of customers continues to exponentially increase. Why? Because every team member is passionate about what they do; resulting in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fun place to work. (Oh...and also because they make great cheese!) They currently have an opening on their growing sales support team; the Deductions Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Assist when a customer gets a delivery that is damaged, not on time, or missing product
Works close with the finance team, so accounting background/education is a big plus
Build & maintain long term relationships with customer base

Qualifications:

Passion for working in the cheese
Excellent Communication Skills.
Familiarity in working with an ERP system.
3+ years working in Customer Service or related field.
Experience working with finance & accounting teams
