Description:
Royal is seeking an engaging and dynamic team member to join it's growing Organizational Development Team! As an Organizational Learning and Development Specialist you will be responsible for consulting with internal customers to design and develop engaging and innovative training materials and solutions that help support the performance of new and existing team members through the use of needs analysis to determine training design, development, implementation and evaluation of the solutions. This position creates a positive impact for every team member at Royal and will help Royal achieve our strategic goals and objectives by ensuring our team members have the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional service to our Members.

Work Schedule:
This is a full time, exempt level position with remote work available if certain criteria are met and after initial onboarding period. Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
??? Bachelor's Degree in Training or Human Resource Development or equivalent experience in delivering educational opportunities.
??? Minimum two (2) years of experience designing and developing training resources.
??? Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
??? Previous experience working in a financial institution
??? Experience utilizing technology to design, develop and deliver interactive training solutions.
??? Experience developing and facilitating leadership and/or professional development training.
??? Experience managing career development programs.
