As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and help a team of maintenance technicians to perform all necessary maintenance duties and be responsible for all needed administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the agreed-upon technical availability to meet contractually defined specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and organize all onsite maintenance work and parts in the warehouse, lead the maintenance team, and communicate with the customers
  • Motivate and coach the maintenance team to take ownership of equipment condition and performance
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment
  • Promote continuous improvement on spare part usage and shipping cost by optimizing troubleshooting and ordering procedures within reach.
  • Lead production and weekly meetings to discuss downtime reasons and maintenance program
  • Assists plant management in reaching set production goals
  • Participate in cross-functional activities and projects
  • Perform other related tasks and support other locations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in Engineering or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance experience
  • Previous relevant supervisory and customer service experience
  • Previous experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, and computer software
