Royal Credit Union is looking for a dynamic team member committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our Members as well as our team members. As a Deposit Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing certain functions within the Deposit Operations area, which include but are not limited to the servicing and maintaining of deposit accounts. Acting as the first line of support to our Members and Team Members, you will use your strong interpersonal communication, critical thinking skills and positive attitude while finding the right solution with each interaction.

Hourly Wage: $18.08 -$20.25
(candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

Description:
The Deposit Operations Specialists are primarily responsible for providing Member, Team Member, Member Service Center, and operational process support of more complex inquiries for Consumer Deposit Products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Online Account Origination, Deceased Accounts and Research Requests. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of Consumer Deposit products and Royal Credit Union operational processes.

Work Schedule:
Full-Time, approximately 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Remote work is available if certain criteria are met and after initial onboarding period.

Prior to starting normal schedule, candidate must attend full time training from 9:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday for 1 - 2 weeks at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI. Lodging, Meals and Mileage provided during this required training.

Required Education/Skills/Experience:
??? High School Diploma or GED is required
??? Critical thinking skills that demonstrate the ability to research problems and provide appropriate solutions.
??? Strong in-person and over the phone verbal communication skills
??? Advanced skills using Microsoft products
??? Ability to write correspondence and procedure manuals
??? Strong analytical skills
??? Good organizational and time management skills
??? Ability to function in a high volume environment and within time constraints to meet deadlines
??? Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision
??? Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture

Preferred Experience:
??? Associate's Degree in a business related field.
??? Previous experience working in a financial institution
??? Experience and working knowledge of Royal Credit Union products and services.
