Internal Audit Manager-Manufacturing 

Otter Tail Corporation is seeking an Internal Audit Manager-Manufacturing to serve on our Internal audit team in Fargo, ND or Fergus Falls, MN. The Audit Manager-Manufacturing leads  assurance and consulting projects for the corporation and its subsidiaries, focusing on the  Manufacturing segment. This position collaborates with leadership to evaluate risk and offer  solutions for operational improvement. The Internal Audit Manager-Manufacturing is  responsible for the development of staff auditors through review of audit work and effective  coaching. 

Requirements: 
• 6 years of experience relative to the position, supervisory experience is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field 
• Auditing or accounting certification (CPA, CIA) is preferred 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley 
• Strong written and communication skills  
• Ability to travel up to 10%
