Wages: Based on experience starting at $100,000
What you'll be doing:
Capitol Lakes has an incredible opportunity for a rock star leader to head our 72 licensed bed skilled nursing facility as the Director of Nursing. We are seeking an energetic, organized, and compassionate leader to support this dynamic healthcare team. You will oversee all health programs and services in the Health Center. You hold primary responsibility and accountability of directing day-to-day functioning of nursing practices. Working with the Health Center Administrator in establishing policies and procedures in regard to health services. Managing, cheerleading and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes therapy, nursing, social services, dietary as well as other organizational leaders. About you:
This position requires significant advanced knowledge, usually the result of a minimum of 3+ years' experience as a DON or other clinical management in a skilled nursing facility.
Requires a Registered Nursing license (RN) from an accredited nursing program, college or university.
Help us keep our seniors safe. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster is a requirement for employment.
