Position Summary Oil, Gas, & Chemicals - SAP Finance - Manager Are you an SAP professional experienced with clients in Oil, Gas & Chemicals sector? Work you'll do Deliver OG&C (Oil, Gas, & Chemicals) SAP projects Lead and support SAP pursuits and OG&C practice development initiatives Promote and participate in forums for sharing SAP and OG&C expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge and helping resolve our clients' challenges Collaborate on innovative solutions to support the future of SAP and OG&C Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP's new S/4HANA and future solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Must have Oil, Gas and Chemicals experience Functional/technical proficiency with at least 4+ full life-cycle SAP implementations and 8+ years of industry and/or consulting experience At least 8 years of SAP experience implementing SAP. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) Must have expert level experience in one of the following modules: FICO, EAM, EPPM, PS and/or IS-OIL Team lead or Project Manager on at least 3+ full cycle implementations Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred Master's degree preferred Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent. You will be surrounded by equally trained and enthusiastic SAP practitioners, mentoring and coaching team members, and perfecting your project leadership and PMO skills across the following capabilities: Finance Supply Chain Customer and Sales Operations Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics) The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $243,000.
