FP&A Accountant

The Financial Planning & Analysis Accountant is a critical member of our finance team handling general accounting tasks. In this role, you will assist our business, sales and operations team by preparing budgets & forecasts, monitoring expense to budget and preparing traditional financial statements. This is a fully benefitted full time, direct hire role with benefit eligibility from day one, working on site as part of a dynamic team just a half hour east of beautiful Winona, MN. The types of experience that will help you be successful in this role include the ability to lead, financial accounting, advance excel skills and analytical and problem-solving background. It would be helpful if you have consumer durable goods or retail experience. Required skills ??? 3 years of related Accounting and financial analysis experience ??? At least one year experience leading financial planning and budgeting processes. Estimated Salary for this role is $75-$95K depending upon experience.
