Qualifications

2 or 4 year construction related degree
1+ years of work experience
Strong organizational skills
A basic understanding of construction plans and specifications
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Strong math and analytical skills
A thorough understanding of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

Assist with all stages of a projects life cycle
Assist with creating and managing project budgets and schedules
Assist with the RFI and submittal processes
Assist with project buyout
Assist with managing subcontracts and client and subcontractor relationships
Assist with cost management and reporting
Assist with the resolution of issues and closeout process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
