GENERAL LABORER

It's a great time to be a part of Concast Inc. Team! We are expanding our facilities in several locations, and we are currently looking for a General Laborer. Our current opening is in Zumbrota, Minnesota.

SUMMARY: Performs a wide range of skilled repetitive assembly and manual labor operations to manufacture concrete products in a timely manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cleans, assembles and/or reassembles steel mold production components utilizing verbal instructions.

Utilizes basic hand tools and power tools including but not limited to scraper, hammer, tape measure, impact driver, concrete vibrator.

Pour, use vibrate table, and trowel finish concrete

Participates in continuous improvement and team building activities such as meetings.

Willingness to acquire knowledge of concrete techniques and procedures used at Concast, Inc.

Performs clean-up and organization activities in support of our housekeeping policy.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Excellent manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.

Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts
Continually loud noise (example: hammering, forklifts and large machine noise)

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $20.60 - $22.00 per hour- Paid weekly
