Hiring a FT Records Technician. Must possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, be comfortable in fast paced environment. This position requires the ability to deescalate situations and communicate effectively with individuals who may be confused/upset about an action taken by police personnel. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, complete background check. Candidates must be able to retain confidentiality and have one year experience in a public safety records division. This position will be required to become/maintain certification as a certified BCA/MNJIS operator. Advanced degree, additional experience, and familiarity with Laserfiche and Central Square records management systems are all desired qualifications.
