Region 4 South Mental Health Consortium a leading provider for the past 18 years in assisting and helping people get connected to appropriate mental health services has an opening for an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Leader.
This position has operational responsibility for the team’s current caseload of up to 50 clients and the management and clinical oversight of ACT staff. Strong leadership, clinical skills, flexibility and strong management skills are desired. A background in direct community based service delivery is required. All applicants must meet the minimum qualifications of an Adult Mental Health Professional (M.S. 245.462, Subd 18) eligible for independent clinical licensure within 24 months of employment. This position is based out of the Alexandria office with the service region being Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens and Traverse Counties.
This is a permanent, full time position with a excellent benefit package, 7.5% PERA pension plan, and salary range of $27.47- $39.75.
