Bethany is seeking full-time & part-time nurses to join our dynamic, compassionate and progressive healthcare team. We're looking for self-motivated nurses to provide high-quality patient care in our skill-nursing & rehabilitation facility.
New increased wage scale with no mandated overtime and flexible schedule. Incentive hourly pay available!
Qualifications:
- Current, active license as License Practical Nurse in the state of Wisconsin
- Demonstrated competency in clinical skills needed for facility resident population.
- Demonstrated competency in physical, behavioral and functional capacity assessment of long term care residents.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations relevant to skilled nursing facilities.
- Able to understand and to follow written and verbal directions Able to express self adequately, accurately in written and/or oral communication (including documentation in clinical records) with direct care staff, interdisciplinary team members, administration and government officials.
- Proficient in the use of computer software relevant to the job.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to follow through on projects.

Shift times: NO FORCED OVERTIME
1st shift 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
2nd shift 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
3rd shift 10:00 pm - 6:30 am -
