Position Responsibilities
Process custom print and drop ship orders in a fast-paced environment.
Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email.
Proof and edit customer artwork to ensure it is production-ready.
Monitor orders daily to ensure timely production and delivery to our customers.
Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
Be a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
