Process Solutions & Equipment, Inc. develops and manufactures stainless liquid process systems for the food, dairy, and meat industry and has 28 years of experience within these industries.

We currently serve Wisconsin and Eastern Minnesota with projects that require stainless food grade construction installation work. Since we are a small, fast-growing company, there will be additional opportunities to grow into other positions within the company that includes Construction Supervisors, Manufacturing, etc.

Process Solutions & Equipment, Inc. also has a sister company, Custom Stainless Enclosures, Inc., which is a stainless-steel electrical enclosure manufacturer that manufactures electrical enclosures for extreme electrical washdown areas that are found in the food, dairy, beverage and meat industries. Position General Summary

This full-time Construction Welder/Fitter position for fabricating and installation of food grade equipment and process piping include the following duties:
Coordinate with the Supervisor daily job duties as required.
Fit, weld, grind and polish as required for each job per qualifications.
Work in a safe, productive manner at all times!
Report any and all incidents to the Supervisor/Manager.

This position will see the successful production of skidded assemblies, installation of process piping and fabrication electrical enclosures.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Work under the general direction of the Production Manager as required.
Interact with coworkers to effectively complete tasks.
Participate in project team meetings on an as needed basis.
Performs other related assignments as required.
Work in a safe productive manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to set up and use a tig welder without help.
Ability to cut, weld, grind, and polish with minimal supervision.
Purge welding.
Ability to read a tape measure and has good mathematical skills.
Blueprint reading and interpretation.
Safety oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
Quality before quantity. Must take pride in your work.
Take responsibility.
Deadline driven.

Your compensation package includes the following:
Hourly Rate
_Pay Range of $18.00 to $35.00 per hour first 40 hours_
_1.5 x pay for any hours after 40 and/or weekend hours _
_Pay is based upon previous experience and capabilities and productivity._

Vacation, Holidays and Funeral Leave
_Minimum two weeks of vacation annually_
_Will increase with time served at the company_

Holiday Pay (10 additional days)
Funeral Leave (up to 3 days using vacation time or unpaid leave)

401K begins after 6 months
_Match: 100% match first 3%_
_50% match up to a total of 4% provided by PSE_
