The Construction Manager (can also be referred to as a Project Manager) is a member of the Planning, Design and Construction Team and is responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams through the development, programming, design and construction of capital projects. The Construction Manager partners with key organizational and operational leaders to deliver on both annual capital projects and strategic initiatives. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree - Engineering/Construction Management/Project Management, Architecture or equivalent field experience + Minimum 3-5 yrs. project management experience in the delivery of healthcare construction projects. + Experience working with regulatory agencies + Working knowledge of healthcare facility construction, project scheduling and project budgeting. + Proficient in standard Office Software + Working knowledge of M.E.P. systems + Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position. Preferred Qualifications + M.S. Degree - Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent + Experience working with the WI Department of Health + Working knowledge of NFPA 101 (LSC), AIA minimum guidelines for healthcare construction and the International sweet of building codes. + Working knowledge of the JCAHO environment of care standards + Professional Engineer License + ASHE and/or CHFM certification + Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Google SketchUP and/or Navisworks + Be an ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) or a ASHE Certified Constructor (CHC) EEO/M/F/D/V Auto req ID:10038BRWeekends:SomeZip Code:53715Compensation:Based on experienceJob Title:Construction Manager; 1.0FTE, Day ShiftSite Address:202 South Park StreetWork Schedule:Day ShiftHours Per Week:40Status:Benefit Eligible City:MadisonFTE:1.0
