What You Will Be Doing
- Schedule Development to complete each phase of construction
- Manage the production of all homes through coordination of schedules
- Conduct weekly production staff meetings
- Control production costs
- At least 2+ years of Home Building Construction Management
- Strong knowledge of production home construction
- Must be able to read blueprints
- STRONG Exposure to the Sales Side of Homebuilding Process
- Competitive base
