What You Will Be Doing
  • Schedule Development to complete each phase of construction
  • Manage the production of all homes through coordination of schedules
  • Conduct weekly production staff meetings
  • Control production costs
What You Need for this Position
  • At least 2+ years of Home Building Construction Management
  • Strong knowledge of production home construction
  • Must be able to read blueprints
  • STRONG Exposure to the Sales Side of Homebuilding Process
