Construction Manager

Description:

• Oversee construction projects ranging from wastewater treament plants to townhalls
• Interpret contract documents
• Complete change orders
• Interact with clients on-site
• Assist with project estimating and scheduling
• Constructability reviews of plans and specifications

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering tech OR equivalent experience
• Experience in municipal infrastructure projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project manuals
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with contractors, laborers, project managers, municipal officials, and residents
