The Industrial Painter is responsible for painting operations on the client's Padmount Power equipment. You will paint medium to sizeable electrical switchgear, steel/aluminum enclosures, and steel accessories in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the painting equipment/system.
This position is offering a sign-on bonus of $1,000 , less applicable withholding.
Bonus terms:
Bonuses are being offered for a limited time only. Applications must be submitted on or after July 1st, 2022, to qualify.
Bonuses are only applicable to specific job types and shifts; additional terms and conditions may apply.
Associates must be employed at the time of the payout.
Bonuses will be payable in two installments: $500, less applicable withholding will be paid after three (3) months of employment and the remaining $500, less applicable withholding will be paid after nine (9) months of employment
The hourly rate for this position starts at $22.20/hr, plus an additional $1.25/hr shift premium.
Second Shift - The core hours for this position are 2:30 pm - 11 pm.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Min 1-year experience in industrial spray-painting systems or completion of one year of post-high school course in industrial spray painting or coating applications.
Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
No relocation assistance.
