Executive Personal Assistant
The CEO of a leading Milwaukee based real estate development company seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join their long-term team of professionals.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting a C-suite executive in an entrepreneurial environment. They will be highly discrete and have an "all hands-on deck" mindset with the ability to recognize and perform tasks/projects that will benefit the wellness of the business. In addition, strong tech, communication, and writing skills are needed, with an excellent understanding of proper grammar, formatting, etc. The principal will value a professional who can interact with high profile constituents. Excellent computer skills and familiar with Quicken or similar software.
The principal is recognized as a philanthropic leader with a strong presence in the Milwaukee community. As such, the primary responsibilities will include providing direct administrative and personal support to the principal regarding both professional and personal affairs, managing complex calendars and databases, screening calls and emails, preparing correspondence, scheduling business and personal appointments, overseeing and managing projects, and arranging business and personal travel.
The general schedule is Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:30, occasional additional hours may be required. The position offers a flexible start date including after the first of the year as the current long-term Executive Personal Assistant is retiring.
