Financial Services Specialist - MSR

Responsible to assist in the overall daily operations of the Credit Union. Primary responsibilities would be processing member requests, opening and maintaining accounts, cross selling products and services, opening and closing procedures, assisting in collection efforts of delinquent and overdrawn accounts and working with the daily operations.

?? Assist members with account transactions, verify information, ensure all documentation is secured in proper files.

?? Assist in assuring all supporting documentation is received and properly filed for each loan application.

?? Work with Member Service staff in assisting members.

?? Handle cash and check transactions with accuracy.

?? Assume responsibilities of opening and closing of credit union.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent communications skills
Accurate and detail oriented
Typing, 10 key and computer experience

Pay: $33,280.00 - $34,320.00 per year
