Apprentice - 4th year

SUMMARY

Randy's Electric, Minnesota's premier electrical company, is looking for an exceptional Apprentice Electrician who wants to learn and grow into a residential electrical repair and installation career. As an electrical technician, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and ensure a 5-star customer experience. You will diagnose and repair electrical issues and assist Journeyman and Master Electricians on job sites. To be successful at this position you will need to enjoy getting your hands dirty and have a heart to serve others.

Must be willing to travel daily within a 20 mile radius of the Twin Cities.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls
• Know how to establish customer rapport
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable
• Maintain a clean, organized job site
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Self-starter
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive
• Ability to lift and carry 80lbs
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test
• Licensed Apprentice Electrician in Minnesota
• Clean, safe driving record
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
