Technical Procurement Administrator - Coupa
Minneapolis - St Paul, MN HQ
Hybrid (2x per week in office)

Our client is looking for an Technical Procurement Administrator who has functional and/or techno-functional experience using Coupa Software. Our client has is working on Phase 1,2,3 post implementation and looking for another team member to join as workload has increased. This is a high visibility role - working upstream with Chief Revenue, Procurement and HR executives along with downstream stakeholders (internal/external).
We are looking for someone who is inquisitive and wants to get more technical and become the SME / "Go to" within the organization! We need someone who is eager to roll up their sleeves and learn the ins and outs of Coupa software to help with User Set ups, Home Page modifications and Supplier Configurations, etc.

Looking for:
- Functional and / or technical use of Coupa Software
- General Configuration of the Coupa System: Approval set ups, Baseline Configurations, User Set Up, Adding homepage content, etc.
- Adapters, connectors, workflows, SFTP, SFTP uploader, etc.
- Exposure to integration or usage with HRIS, CRM and ERP systems like W orkday, SAP, Salesforce
- Personality, Passion and Positivity! This is a small tight knit COE team. They are excited to have someone join and collaborate well with one another!
