Position Overview

Randy's Electric Journeymen Electricians must have knowledge of residential home electrical systems and the installations, maintenance, and repairs required. We look for confident, friendly people with outstanding customer service skills and the desire to be a blessing.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and service residential jobs
• Provide technical assistance to customers and perform/oversee field installations & repairs
• Document all services performed and create invoices on jobs attended
• Direct a team of electricians/apprentice electricians
• Complete job estimates, develop customer & maintain accounts
• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers & coworkers
• Adhere to the company core values; Work Hard Play Hard, Get the Job Done Right, Assume the Burden, Be Intentional

Job Requirements

• Journeyman's license and 1+ years of additional electrical residential service experience
• A recognized expert in multiple areas of residential electrical service
• Very self-sufficient, requires minimal supervision
• Maintain communication with dispatch and service manager
• Able to read blueprints
• Able to complete conceptual estimates as well as hard estimates on company-supplied digital equipment
• Strong technical aptitude
• Understands and efficiently uses basic computer, iPad & iPhone equipment
• Maintain truck and up-to-date inventory, along with a clean driving record
