- Generate new sales leads (networking, cold-calling, building and maintaining relationships).
- Make contact with prospective, current and former clients to identify business opportunities for company products and services.
- Respond to client inquiries, preparing RFPs and RFQs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least two years work experience (current brokerage/ 3PL transportation industry experience).
- Experience selling to C- Level executives.
- Hunter mentality.
- Energetic, hard-working, entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to recognize a sense of urgency.
- Exceptional follow-up skills are a must.
- Team oriented.
