Commercial Roofing - Operations Manager

This is a hands-on management position Commercial roofing experience is required to be considered for this position.

Our Operations Manager conducts on-site project inspections, manages construction projects from bidding through completion, and takes responsibility for profit margins.

Requirements
Must possess a desire to drive business & get things done.
Must have Roofing experience; experience in construction management a plus
Must have a current Drivers License and a clean driving record

We offer a starting salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Day to day operations and administrative processes for construction projects, company equipment, and fleet management.
- Direct communication with staff, management, customers and vendors.

The successful candidate is well organized, possesses great task-switching capabilities, and is able to think on their feet and make sound decisions quickly.

Presumably, you have Prior Experience with:

Project scheduling & management
Providing excellent customer service
Daily data entry
Inventory management and purchasing
Monitoring fleet activity and vehicle maintenance
Staff training and payroll processing
