As a Senior Field Construction Manager, working our client's site in Mendota Heights, MN, you'll join our established program team by executing management of the construction team, project budgets, scheduling, coordination of work, reporting and leading on-site meetings with staff, subcontractors and the client in accordance with the requirements specified in the contract documents. In this role, you will be resolving any construction related issues, disputes, or disagreements, while providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills to the client, superintendent, foreman, GC, and any subcontractors. Using your prior experience, you'll oversee the GC activities including cost, schedule, quality, safety, contracts, etc. You will also be managing and reviewing overall QA/QC processes to ensure compliance and review and approve all processes of the contractors pay applications and change orders. Safety will be your priority, as you contribute to "incident free" operations and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety in everything you do. Here's What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture 15+ years of experience managing construction projects related to healthcare facilities Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, remediation construction technologies, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building. Demonstrated expert knowledge of Civil, Structural and Architectural Construction activities, sequencing, and general building principles Ideally, you'll also have: Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certified Healthcare Constructor (ASHE CHC) At Jacobs, we're partnering across the globe to create the best project outcomes by maximizing the design, digital technology, and support capabilities of our Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teammates.
