IT Talent Liaison

New Resources Consulting, a nationally recognized IT services firm, is looking to add a dynamic and outgoing individual to our talent acquisition team as a Talent Liaison. You will have the opportunity to display your outstanding skills by engaging with potential candidates across the United States. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates, utilizing social networks, employee networks, professional organizations, etc.
• Coordinate and attend recruiting events such as industry events, end user events, candidate mixers, job fairs and open houses.
• Ensure a positive experience for every candidate in every interaction, whether written, by phone, or in-person.
• Build a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated.
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
• Remain current with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with clients on future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Must have strong communication skills and relate well to technologists, IT leadership and business users.
• Knowledge of both information technology and business terminology.
• Hands-on experience developing marketing and presentation materials.
• Experience planning and facilitating events.
• Prior IT staffing experience a plus, but not mandatory.
