Inventory Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY: Inventory Specialist's responsibilities include tracking and balancing merchandise, making labels of products in stock or shipment orders by scanning them with a bar code reader/writer. Identify any discrepancies with inventory when building repacks and closing them out. Inventory Coordinator typically work with Production Managers, Supervisors, and Line Leads to oversee the accuracy of shipments going in and out of the building. This means Inventory Specialists have to work with other employees while also communicating with leaders in different departments.
POSITION SPECIFICS
Compensation Information: $20.00/hour
Schedule/Shift Information: Monday thru Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm or until finished. Some weekends on occasion

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Evaluating and managing stock rotation procedures
Document input product lot and output order on repack sheets.
Communicating with management about any inventory issues
Work with management if products are missing or damaged within a shipment, or any issues with orders
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Successful inventory specialists should have excellent interpersonal communication skills and use basic computer programs like Microsoft Office and Excel to communicate and retain records throughout their shift. They also need to be detail-oriented to maintain lots of inventory records or different departments and business areas.
PREFERRED QUALIFIFCATIONS AND SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works on the warehouse floor, where the temperature is 60 degrees on a regular basis.
Be able to sit and work at a computer for 8 hours a day with the ability to complete data entry
