Supervise daily operations in addition to performing all member service related functions. Assist manager in achieving service centers business objectives. Serve as a primary resource and coach for the member service team. Directly manages Member Service Associates and/or Member Service Representatives.


  • Supervise, interview/hire, train, and coach team employees in all operations, consultative sales, and attainment of service center and individual goals.
  • Work with Manager to develop and execute a plan consistent with Service Center and Credit Union goals.
  • Branch Operations - Responsible to maintain security standards, cash handling, branch auditing, team schedules, and other operational responsibilities as assigned.
  • Required to act in a leadership role in the branch.
  • Participate on teams and work on projects as assigned.
  • Actively engage members and listen for opportunities to provide recommendations to meet their financial needs.
  • As needed, conduct financial transactions, lending transactions and account file maintenance.
  • Build and maintain favorable member relations/relationships.
  • Comply with Federal and State regulatory statutes as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Participate on teams and work on projects as assigned.
  • Successfully complete all required registrations or certifications as needed.


Requirements:


  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Financial Institution preferably in a supervisory or senior position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to consistently represent one's self, and the credit union, in a positive and professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to lead in a team environment.
  • Basic PC skills required.
