Construction Project Manager

Uline's Facilities team helps manage over 25 million square feet of property, and growing! Join us as a Construction Project Manager to ensure our best-in-class, clean and modern facilities are impeccably built.
Position Responsibilities
Manage real estate and construction projects for our massive distribution centers with footprints of over 1 million square feet each!
Oversee construction projects and review and approve construction contracts and drawings.
Negotiate construction contracts.
Assist in office and warehouse space design and layout.
Work with local government agencies regarding zoning, permitting and other building regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of supervision experience in construction management.
Warehouse construction project experience.
Computer-Aided Design (CAD) experience a plus.
Travel to Uline's North American locations.
