Location: Onalaska, WI (if not local, relocation will be required within 6 months)

Compensation: $170,000 - $230,000 total compensation annually

Purpose & Summary: Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is growing, and as the Vice President of Finance & Accounting, you will guide the financial systems that empower us. We're searching for an experienced VP, Finance & Accounting to join our team of high-performing professionals to support the strategy of our financial and accounting operations, this role requires an insightful leader, who will be instrumental to our continued success. In this role, you will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on company operations, helping analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position. This seasoned strategist not only understands current accounting practices and trends but has also proven experience building systems to scale and adapting to change. As a member of our executive management team, you will need to be comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication and presentation skills, and most importantly, are personally laser-aligned with Dynamic's company mission, values, and people practices and prioritize people first in decision-making. Day to day responsibilities may include:

Proactively protect and grow the Dynamic culture by living our purpose, mission, and values.
Set a strategic vision for finance and accounting, and work with team to achieve.
Provide accurate, on-time and value-added financial data to business leaders.
Designing ideal organizational structure to support the business.
Coaching team through goal setting and achievement.
High level problem solving.
Lead the finance and accounting department in best practices for hiring, training, leading, coaching, and developing the team directly and indirectly with a focus on developing internal talent.
Management of finance and overhead budget.
Manage relationship with external parties, such as Insurance, Banking, Accounting/Audit companies, government tax authorities.
Build systems to manage business risks and growth.
Work with business leaders, finance team, and business analysts to develop, monitor and improve financial planning, data analytics and systems (reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, etc.) at the company level and systems for the business.
Create systems to manage balance sheet (cash, investments/CAPEX, etc.).
Create tools to measure and monitor ROI.
Analyze financial information to develop business insights.
Using those business insights to partner with business leaders to drive financial performance.
As a member of the Executive Management Team, support and lead company level decisions and projects.

Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Field along with at least seven years of experience managing accounting and finance functions. We will also consider additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Other qualifications include:

Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting practices, budgeting, GAAP, financial reporting, cash management, financial forecasting, insurance, and treasury.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant growth and change.

Demonstrated project management at executive level.
Strong communicator, with ability to cast clear vision.

Outstanding candidates may possess these additional bonus qualifications:

Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Field.
CPA.
Ideal experience in multi-location, multi-business unit growing business, scaling from small to medium ($40-$200M in revenue) within private/family owned B2B, manufacturing or product-based business.
