The FP&A Manager leads the corporate commercial finance team in providing business intelligence to the commercial and executive teams; optimizing commercial financial plans and strategies; and managing the administration and control of customer-product pricing.
Essential Job Duties
Manage, develop, and retain analyst team
Maintain and build business intelligence models including customer-item profit analytics
Optimize commercial plans through actuals variance analysis and forward-looking models
Develop and communicate strategic pricing and program recommendations
Manage the price change process
Required Skills/Abilities
Financial and data modeling experience
Strong attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and knowledge
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Management experience
Must be self-motivated to expand knowledge and participate in new projects
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
5-10 years related experience
