The ROLE:


Job Description:

Primary Skill: Java Production Support

Secondary Skill: SQL, JAVA, J2EE

Perform proactive maintenance activities, engage in automation activities, and perform root cause analysis and remediation.

Execute decisive action to preserve and maintain service availability, performance, integrity, capacity, and security.

Participate in root causes analysis for service failure and provide resolution.

Apply code fixes and other proactive maintenance activities.

Will evaluate the issues reported by HighRadius clients in order to provide ongoing solutions.

Work with ticketing application to manage tickets and maintain SLA

Working knowledge of production support processes such as incident/change/problem management, call triaging, critical issue procedures and such.

Knowledge of monitoring tools and alert escalations.
