Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are a 10 year old, fully-integrated development, construction and construction management firm located in the Upper Midwest! Our projects span between Fargo and the Twin Cities currently and in the following markets: healthcare, multi-family, corporate office, retail/restaurant, and industrial.

Due to our continued and sustained growth, we are actively looking to bring on a Superintendent who has been working in commercial construction for the last 5+ years! You will provide daily, on-site supervision for all phases of the construction projects, monitoring all subs, consultants, vendors and materials deliveries.

You will be responsible for the overall success of the project, constantly ensuring project safety, project schedule and effectively communicating when project issues arise!

Job Details

Ability to read and interpret construction plans/drawings
Ensure subcontractors are fully executing their contracted scope of work
Ensuring jobsite safety protocols are implemented and followed, by all members on-site daily
Ability to write thorough and concise reports and correspondences
Comfortable speaking effectively before owners, subcontractors, internal employees
