Job Description
Westmor Parts Sales position is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Serve customers for over the counter part sales
- Assembly and installation of parts for above ground fuel tanks
- Assist our Service department with greeting customers
- Manage the storage of our inventory products, along with shipping and receiving. This involves both purchased parts and manufactured sub-assemblies
- Process incoming freight
- Prepare packages and paperwork for ship-outs
- Maintain inventory accurately
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Operate equipment safely
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- General knowledge of distributed products line - in particular meters and pumps
- Be an active part of a cohesive team, build trust and relationships
- Superb organizational skills, with the ability to successfully work on multiple tasks at times
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including professional phone technique
- Mechanical aptitude, with above average math skills
- Ability to use and understand Windows-based software, MS Excel, ERP Sales Module, Internet
- Ability to work in a team environment; Be part of the solution
- Attention to detail
- Provide WOW! customer service both internally and externally to Westmor company standards
- Desire to learn and ability to retain information and process

- Ability to obtain appropriate weights and measures permits
- Perform all work in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to work safely with flammable liquids; occasional hazardous material handling
