Inside Sales and Customer Service Support

HUG HYDRONICS, a division of Hunt Utilities Group, is seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Service Support person.

Candidate is responsible for fully understanding the customers' project requirements, providing sales quotations and support to other sales staff. They will be the point of contact to track the customer through the quoting process and follow-up with the customer requests/needs in a timely manner to ensure the close of the sale.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with sales team to help organize appointments and trade shows; Responds to sales calls and develops customer quotes; Follows up with clients/customers by providing a high level of customer support while documenting all customer contacts and actions within CRM platform; Supports opportunity pipeline and sales forecasting within the CRM platform along with working with marketing team to manage and execute trickle marketing campaigns; Participates in sales activities at shows and follows up with customers to close deals and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Skills/Education Required/Desired: Experienced Computer skills; email, word processing and spreadsheets specifically Google Docs, ERP, CRM; Proven sales experience with the ability to balance internal and external customer requirements.

Core Competencies: Strong communication and collaborative skills, including technical and business level with the ability to influence key stakeholders as needed; Strong passion for technology and interest in business development of products; Able to organize time and plan effectively; Must have a valid driver's license.
