Pay Range: $87,700 - $159,900 Bonus Potential: 10% Requisition #: 70989 The Role at a Glance As we continue the growth and development of the Workplace Solutions (WS) creative design team, we are excited to add a Design Team Lead . In this role, you will lead a team including creative, production, and digital designers to identify workflow improvements to continue delivering high-quality, fast turnarounds. You'll hold 1x1s, help with administrative and day-to-day priorities and questions, and coach your team in developing and expanding their skillsets, while you continue to contribute as a working designer on the team. What you'll be doing + Lead and mentor a high performing fully agile team of creative and production designers supporting Workplace Solutions + Create design that continues to propel Lincoln brand consistency and evolution + Support and encourage engaged, active design from the team + Collaborate with WS leadership to identify and address process inefficiencies within Creative Services design + Align closely with Enterprise Design and Brand to maintain consistency across Lincoln lines of business + Stay current with trends and best practices in technology impacting design and engagement What we're looking for _Must-haves:_ + 5-7+ years experience in marketing/creative design that align with the responsibilities of the role + Bachelor's degree in design-related field or 4+ years work experience that aligns with the responsibilities + Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or related software specific to design function _Nice-to-haves:_ + Working knowledge of Retirement and/or Group Protection products + Demonstrated leadership experience \ What's it like to work here?
