We are looking for motivated individuals to assist our Strategic Planning Team which also, includes Economics and Forecasting with the development and execution of a broad range of data analysis, reports and other development projects.

Role & Responsibility

Commercial Strategy
  • Create dashboards to automate and monitor strategy initiatives
  • Create and maintain repository for strategy initiative progress updates
  • Support ISO (International Organization for Standardization) process evaluation, documentation, and communication

Business Development
  • Support strategy execution process by collecting and consolidating strategic initiative progress updates
  • Support and accelerate business expansion projects and new business opportunity initiatives
  • Support acquisition initiatives


Job Requirement

  • Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics or related field
  • 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
  • Previous data analysis and strong analytical skills are required
  • Previous experience in economic research/analysis, statistical analysis, forecasting, or economic modeling a plus
  • Comfortable presenting analysis and research to senior managers
  • Robust experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous internship or related experience a plus but not required
  • Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months)
  • Be able to adapt to working in a corporate setting.
  • Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team.

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
