This position is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days/week in the office and the remaining days from home. Our office is located in Green Bay, WI. Duties of the role include: Project and team development - establishing required project team, the business rationale and technical requirements to successfully execute assigned projects Leading project teams to accomplish project scope within the constraints of time, cost and performance through the use of Project Management Process (DMADV / PMBOK) Establishing and executing comprehensive communication to project sponsors engineering leadership and the project team regarding project status, including known or anticipated variances to the project cost, schedule, scope and performance plans Responsibility for educating and improving team members in the Project Management process (DMADV) Providing day-to-day leadership and interaction with outside vendors and contractors to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and timelines Working closely with all cross-functional disciplines to accomplish necessary work packages within time, cost and performance Monitoring projects with the overall company objectives in mind in addition to detailed project requirements Project focus will typically be around dairy process design. We're looking for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering and project management Experience in food industry, dairy preferred Experience in infrastructure construction/renovation Food process background preferred particularly in the area of dairy process design Packaging experience Ability to lead in a team environment Ability to manage others to deliver multiple concurrent projects Understanding and application of project management tools and processes, such as DMADV or Six Sigma process/methodology Superior communication skills - both verbal and written A developed sense of anticipating questions and organizational concerns Ability to build internal/external network to achieve goals Excellent understanding of costs/financials Ability to thrive in a team environment End user computer skills Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities Eligible partners will receive: Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits.
